1. In case of defective or incorrect product, it must be reported within 03 (three) working days of receiving the product. You can contact us in any of the following ways.

 2. Video must be taken during unboxing which can be presented as evidence of product missing or damage.

 3. Delivery charges will be doubled for exchanging non-defective products (for product return and reshipping).

 4. In case of stock clearance offer the return/exchange policy will depend on the stock.
